Wheelchairs, walkers, shower chairs and other larger equipment need to be tried in person before you order. Tell us a bit about the client and we’ll organise a time.
In-person trials are only available across Brisbane, Logan and Ipswich. If your client is outside this area, get in touch before booking: admin@adaptiveindependence.com.au.
How trials, pick-ups and drop-offs work
Our equipment is held at our warehouse, so we don’t have a showroom to walk into. Once you’ve booked, we’ll arrange a time to drop equipment off for a trial, or for you to collect it. Click-and-collect orders and trial returns are also arranged with us first. Please don’t visit without an appointment.
